Cecil Parker
IC-US-PA-Philadelphia
Mix together Bruno Mars, Robin Thicke and Usher and sprinkle some smooth on top, and you have Philadelphia-based singer, songwriter and performer Cecil Parker. His R&B/Dance/Pop single called "BRING IT!" is the first release from his much anticipated new album "Uh Oh!". And because Cecil is a SAG/AFTRA actor, you may have seen him on several network television shows.
