Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to https://www.indiecollaborative.com (“the Site” or “The Site”) as well as the Wix.com app used on mobile devices to access certain features of the Site and The organization known as The Indie Collaborative, LLC, and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to The Indie Collaborative include the Site. The purpose of the Site is to be the official website of the organization known as The Indie Collaborative. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, the Site may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
- Your Name
- Your Mailing Address
- Your E-mail Address
- Your Phone Number

If you purchase products and services on the Site, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. Member Supplied Information
The Site maintains a Members Only section which is entirely optional for you to use or not use. If you join the Site as a registered member you will gain access to member’s only pages and content on the Site, and in such pages you are allowed to share information about yourself, and such information can be seen by the operators of the Site and other registered members. Content which the operators of the Site consider to be offensive in any way will be removed. Members who post offensive content will be removed from the Site. The decisions about what constitutes offensive content are entirely up to the operators of the Site to make, and their decisions are final. The Site is intended to be a safe space for all.

Sharing Information with Third Parties
The Site does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

The Site may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

• Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Children Under Thirteen
The Site does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

E-mail and Chat Communications
From time to time, the Site may contact you via email or the Site’s Chat function for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from the Site or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from the Site, you may opt out of such communications by replying to any email with a request to be opted-out of future email communications.
