Grace Garland
IC-US-NY-NewYorkCity
Born in New York City, Grace Garland rose to fame in the early 1980s when she played Vera Vanderbilt on the TV series All My Children. She went on to become a series regular on The Apollo Comedy Hour between 1993 and 1995, a TV series filmed at the legendary Harlem Apollo Theater. Grace was described as "The Tina Turner of Jazz.”
Grace performed at Lincoln Center in The Indie Collaborative's 2022 Winter Holiday season show.
Sadly, Grace left us in early 2024. Her bright smile and good humor are sorely missed.

Grayson Hugh
IC-US-CT-SouthWestern
His songs have been called "a soul/rock stew with a dash of blues and a pinch of country" (Stone Phillips, The Today Show) and his voice has been compared to soul legends Sam Cooke and Otis Redding. His piano playing has been called "a veritable cyclone of soul, drawing its energy from such diverse regions as the swampland funk of Professor Longhair, the testifying soul of Ray Charles, with the rhythms of African drumming and American roots rock thrown in the mix." - Benny Metten, Ctrl. Alt. Country, August, 2010.
