Classically trained on the Double Bass, Brett Benteler's musical background expands from Afro Cuban to Brazilian, and Jazz. He has traveled throughout North and South America, as well as the Caribbean and Europe, as a bilingual performer and educator. A native of Chicago, Brett worked alongside many of the city’s finest musicians of all disciplines, including international touring artists. He lives and works in New York City today.

A teenager from the ’90s at heart, but born in 2005, Brett Ryder has been captivating audiences for over a decade. Refusing to be confined by genre, he creates music that boldly blends alternative rock with pop punk and unforgettable hooks—raw, real, and unmistakably his own. His catalog has generated hundreds of thousands of streams across digital platforms, and he currently connects with more than 15,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.

Brett Woodroof is a Nashville-based music producer with a long history in the business. He works principally through Beet Salad Music, a music publishing and production company. Beet Salad Music publishes under the name Rabid. They have had several songs on the Billboard Indicator chart climb higher than the 40 position.

Producer and composer Brewer Shettles has been a voting member of the Grammy® Producers & Engineers Wing since 2000. He has written and recorded with more than a dozen artists, including Sean Yox of The Streamers, where he played as a sideman on guitar and bass. He has performed at BB King's Blues Club in New York multiple times, and at the Mercury Lounge, Arlene’s Grocery, Delancey Street. More recently he has created his own indie label Liquid Fusion®. His motto is "Good Energy Coming Together..."

We lovingly remember Brian Hinchliffe, a member of the IC, who passed in 2020.
Brian Hinchliffe was a professional bassist who performed on countless stages and studio recordings. Originally from Rhode Island, he made his way to Nashville at around 2008 where he spend the rest of his life. After performing all around the USA with Grant Maloy Smith starting in 2017, he also played with him at the Indie Collaborative's Carnegie Hall production show in November 2018. Brian had a sense of humor that had to be experienced to be understood. He was wry and clever, and could say anything without offending anyone. He essence was a bright light that will burn forever in the memories of everyone who knew him.
He is dearly missed.
