In 2018, Brantford Ontario’s Trevor Heaslip began solo endeavor BREAKING THE UNDERTOW, as a vehicle to release his at-home recordings after spending over a decade on other musical projects. Heaslip refers to the project as a “band with one member”. With BREAKING THE UNDERTOW, Trevor vows to push the boundaries of what constitutes Rock music.

Winner of nine major awards in the U.S.A and 4 times nominated in the British Blues Awards. The past three years have seen Sewell continue to go from strength to strength particularly in America where his debut album CALLING YOUR NAME spent a staggering 7 weeks at number one on the American Blues Scene Chart. His second album INDEPENDENCE went on to win multiple awards and firmly establish him as a real force to be reckoned with.

Trey has been playing drums for over thirty years, he also plays piano, guitar, and studied art for six years. Other interests include an obsessive addiction to films and books. He is currently playing with EYEBALL - a Raleigh-based band who combine their music with effects, noise, and feedback to venture beyond the astral realm of psychedelic neo-space rock.

Tri Nguyen began studying the piano at age five and a half in Vietnam, with French-trained teachers. After graduating from the Music Conservatory of Saigon, he continued his studies at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris with great teachers like Jacques Lagarde, a former student of Marguerite Long and Clara Haskil. Tri then studied with Ramzi Yassa , concert virtuoso trained in Moscow. He then trained with zither master Hai Bieu, one of the last musicians belonging to the old school of Vietnamese music. In addition to his five released albums, Nguyen has also collaborated with musicians from around the world in various disciplines: “Viento” (single) with Grant Torres -Spain;” Walking” (single) with Graeme Drum -Canada; “The Fourth Hour” (single) with Roberto Diana – Italy. Tri is currently working on different projects simultaneously, with authorities in the music industry such as Argentinian GRAMMY® Winner and producer Emilio D. Miler, as well as renowned New York singer Valerie Ghent.

Described as “like Lady Gaga for kids,” with a super pop sound mixed with a touch of Broadway belt, a sparkling soupçon of hip hop, and plenty of EDM glam, Twinkle has always danced to the beat of her own drum, breaking barriers, sound and otherwise, with both her music and Harajuku-style presentation.
