Most of our luck has snuck up on us, and some has been patient. Many years ago Ron Collin’s wife bought him a ten dollar guitar. After half a lifetime, he found it again. He started writing and hasn’t stopped since. Besides composing for Walt Disney Imagineering, Ron writes amazing folk stories set to music on his ten dollar guitar.
Ron was born and raised in Detroit, where he did what was needed to be done, according to Ron, "mostly fill rooms and blank pages, and kept what worked as long as it would last. Out of all that could have happened everyone found each other anyway. I married, raised a family, made friends and earned a living in visual arts from freelance to Walt Disney Imagineering. I hope you'll listen to my music."
