Pamela Benton

When you think of West Virginia, you think of mountains, winding roads, and some of the best music to come out of the hills… Pamela Benton is more than that… she is one of its favorite daughters. Singing has been a love and desire of Pamela since early childhood when she would listen to her mother sing on RFE (Radio Free Europe), entertaining the troops. Today, she does the same thing, yet on a bigger scale. She has become known as the “Princess of Our Troops” as she entertains them through CDs, Radio, and personal appearances wherever possible. It wasn’t too long ago that Pamela was invited to perform the National Anthem for the Tampa Rays on opening day. Pamela’s latest project was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee, at Hilltop Studios, where numerous legends have recorded over the years. Her cover song “God Is Listening” quickly gained national and international attention via radio and internet play, charting in Singing News and Power Source Magazine. Pamela’s song “God Is Listening” is a favorite among radio plays. She is constantly in demand for live interviews and gladly accepts all opportunities.
