Know as Pittsburgh's "Lady of the Blues," Miss Freddye has been singing professionally since 1996. She has been nominated for 2018 BMAS for Best Emerging Artist and Koko Taylor traditional singer. Miss Freddye has released two albums and two singles. She leads two bands, MISS FREDDYE’S BLUES BAND and MISS FREDDYE’S HOMEOOKIN' BAND. She performs regularly in benefit concerts for charity, as well as in a number of blues festivals. And believe or not, she is a nurse working in surgical oncology.
