KC LaCourse is a western poet who writes and recites her own poetry. She created and hosts a weekly video showcase called "Hearts of the West." She posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. In addition, she has several performers that she books. She has written twelve books, and one of them, Speaking  for Fire, won the Wordcraft Native Writer of the Year Award. She has written more than 70 original songs., and is currently recording additional cover favorite.
