Kate Victor is a singer and multi-instrumentalist based in New York City. She studied vocal jazz at William Paterson University under the direction of Mulgrew Miller and performs with various ensembles, most notably as a lead vocalist in the Boardwalk Jazz Band led by guitarist PJ Rasmussen. In 2016, She performed in a nationally syndicated performance of "An American Christmas" with the Boardwalk Jazz band, which airs annually. Besides jazz, Kate is influenced by a range of styles including R&B, pop, and indie music, and plays several instruments with Brooklyn-based bands Grand Kid, Newcomers Club, and solo artist Emily Jeanne Brown.
