Gregory Juan

Aloha mai kākou e nā hoa makamaka o kēia pae ʻāina ʻo Hawaiʻi and beyond!

Gregory Juan was born and raised in Maui and now resides in Oʻahu. He was raised around hula, ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi, and the Hawaiian lifestyle, which has given him the foundation he needs to have an open perspective of the world today. 

Gregory is a 2021 GRAMMY® nominee and a four-time Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award winner with his previous group, Nā Wai ʻEhā. He now has another group called Waiolohia and has released new music, including his debut solo album, "Kauluwehi," on the Kahikina Productions record label. 

He is a proud alumnus of Kamehameha Schools ʻAʻapueo and received his B.A. in Communications at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with a focus in Public Relations. Currently, he is in leadership with Aflac® and a broker alongside a few other carriers, such as HMAA and Kaiser. His passion and love for Hawaiian music have been instilled by many of his kupuna, and he, in turn, hopes to instill and inspire future generations to carry on the Hawaiian music tradition.
