Ceasar Elloie is the smooth vocalist in soul and jazz music. New Orleans born raised, he attended the Southern University at New Orleans and was invited to sing with the Jazz Band. He released his first single on New Orleans Records in 1983, and his first full length album "New Orleans to Paris" in 2010, peppered with top NOLA players. He's toured as far as Tokyo, bringing his smooth jazz sound to the world.
