Annie Calder is a modern-day Folk Singer-Songwriter, akin to the likes of Randy Newman, Loudon Wainwright and John Prine. Based in New York City/CT. Annie, along with her band ENDORPHIN ANNIE, has published 5 CD's of original songs and covers, available for listening and following on Spotify, Apple Music and Soundcloud/anniecaldermusic.

Over the last 15 years, Annie has participated in many top songwriting seminars and workshops in NYC, LA and Nashville, including intensive sessions through NSAI and NYU(SHOF), and with Pat Pattison, Steve Seskin and Martin Briley. She was named "Best New Songwriter" by Songwriters Hall of Fame and holds four ASCAP Plus awards. She actively involved in songwriting, music publishing and licensing as a member of ASCAP, NARAS, SCL, NSAI, NARIP, Guild of Music Supervisors, SongsAlive!, West Coast Songwriters, and NYC's prestigious SGA Pro Shop.

As an Indie Collab member and primarily "solo" songwriter, Annie is mainly interested in collaborating with other writer-producers and musicians who might enjoy helping her to incorporate unexpected instrumentation, arrangements and grooves into her well-crafted song stories. Lately, she's been leaning towards blending Blues and/or Bluegrass elements in with traditional Folk.

Annie also looks forward to performing again at area open mics, songwriter circles, and showcases. Note to CT/NYC/NJ members: In her "spare" time, Annie loves jammin' with other musicians on all the great classic rock and folk/rock songs, or joining in on a "trad sesh" at a local pub (with her uke or bodhran). So do contact her if you're ever short a player!
