Alan Storeygard is a pianist and family doctor from Central Arkansas. He’s been a member of the Indie Collaborative from the start and a voting member of the Recording Academy for many years. He’s recorded five albums, primarily jazz, but also blues and classical - playing solo and often with a group. He counts Ramsey Lewis and Dave Brubeck among his strongest musical inspirations. Storeygard enjoys writing, arranging, performing and recording, and is known to say “Music is Medicine for the Soul.”
