Minstrel Streams (Matt and Rebecca Stuart) is a husband/wife musical duo. Matt plays piano/keyboards and acoustic guitar; and Rebecca plays flute and Native American flutes. Their original inspirational music has been described as a blend of classical, folk, and world music. They are musician/composers and recording artists. Their four albums are titled: "New Horizon," "Minstrel Streams," "On Earth As It Is In Heaven," and "Cradle of the Moon." Matt and Rebecca currently reside in Phoenix, AZ.

Their critically acclaimed CD "New Horizon" was recorded at Will Ackerman's (founder of Windham Hill Records) legendary Imaginary Road Studios in Vermont. It has reached a global audience with radio airplay around the world...being a hit on Pandora and Music Choice Soundscapes. "New Horizon" was also a GRAMMY contender.

"Sometimes, while listening to the album, I recalled many classic recordings from the days of both Windham Hill and Narada in that the music has that "classic" acoustic sound present on both labels, especially at their outset. There is a sonic richness and an emotional depth present here that goes beyond just good music and well played."

“NEW HORIZON” – “This album was born under the shadows of the mountains of southern Vermont in the legendary Will Ackerman’s Imaginary Road Studios – where masterpieces of contemporary New Age music are created. In addition to Matt and Rebecca , there were several guest artists including GRAMMY winning cellist Eugene Friesen. They created music that sends the imagination to new and unexplored horizons.

This wonderful CD also reflects traditions of the past combined with the diversity of the world’s cultures. NEW HORIZON weaves subtle and elegant sound patterns through threads of classical music, Baroque music, Renaissance Romanticism, and folk music (Celtic) which conjures up thoughts of endless green landscapes, and traditional canons of Central Europe. In these gentle streams, one can hear the dialog of the past and the present. As part of this journey, the listeners can push themselves further and further into the horizon to discover new worlds filled with light”
