We lovingly remember Timothy Graphenreed, one of the original composers of the Brodway smash “The Wiz”, Timothy Graphenreed wrote all of the dance music and co-wrote the “Emerald City Ballet”. During his long career, he wrote several musicals, and produced, directed, composed, arranged, and orchestrated “Yesterday’s Dreamers, Tomorrow’s Stars” on the Island of St. Croix.
Timothy was also the arranger of “Stand Up Proud,” by the Bluestone Sisters, and arranged and performed their musical “Perfect Picture”. He was also the Musical Director/Pianist Broadway's own Lillias White. Timothy had a long and distinguished career. He performed his amazing song "Music's Everything To Me" at the Indie Collaborative Showcase at the Bitter End in New York City, on August 26, 2019. Sadly, he passed away in 2020.
His smile and loving personality are sorely missed.
